Pegolo and Marilena Pegolo, brought this action to quiet title to a parcel of land in Middletown known as "Halloran Street". Plaintiffs' claim is based on a theory of adverse possession. The defendants, Lewis T. Dunn, Eugene R. Olson, Pauline E. Dunn, CT Page 789 Olive A. Dunn, Violet A. Dunn, James F. Dunn, Jr., and Philip C.
