MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This case is before the Court following a final hearing on the Motion for Relief from Stay and Objection to Confirmation filed by Ford Motor Credit Company (hereafter “Movant”). Appearing at the June 11, 1998 hearing were Rita D. Hood, attorney for the Debtors, and Mark P. Williams, attorney for Movant. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b) (1994) and the General Order Of Reference Dated July 16, 1984, As Amended July 17, 1984.
