Galligan, J.), rendered January 9, 1991, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of assault in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, and riot in the first degree and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 5 to 15 years, 2Vá to 7 years and 1 to 3 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
