The plaintiff, the named defendant, and the other defendant, Sylvia Gest, are wife, husband and daughter, respectively. This action was commenced as one in ejectment, the plaintiff alleging own ership of premises in Darien and wrongful possession thereof by the two defendants. The defendants each denied ownership in the plaintiff and alleged, in substance, that the premises were purchased by the defendant Guión M.
