ROONEY, Justice.

Appellant-defendant here appeals from his conviction on three counts of first degree murder for which he was sentenced to three consecutive life terms. He alleges error in connection with the testimony of a psychiatrist, Dr. Spencer Anneberg, relative to his mental responsibility at the time of commission of the crime. Specifically, he contends that Dr. Anneberg’s testimony was inadmissible under § 7-11-305, W.S. 1977; that it was admitted in violation of an Order in Limine; and that such was reversible error inasmuch as the evidence was insufficient to submit the case to the…
