(“Washington Mutual” or “WAMU”), Quality Loan Service Corporation (“Quality Loan”), and Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (“FHLMC” or “Freddie Mac”), arising from defendants’ allegedly wrongful conduct related to a loan.
