This is an appeal from the District Court of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, where, after trial de novo upon appeal from the County Court of said County, the will of John A. Snyder, deceased, was admitted to probate and the judgment of the said county court to the same effect was affirmed. John Hosea Snyder, a son of deceased, was proponent.
