OPINION OF THE COURT

STALEY, Chief Judge.

This is an action to enjoin and recover damages for the misappropriation of trade secrets. After numerous hearings, the district court granted plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction. This court granted a stay pending the disposition of this appeal.

Between 1958 and 1965, the plaintiff, Wyrough & Loser, Inc. (“Wyrough & Loser”) had employed the defendant, Pelmor Laboratories, Inc. (“Pelmor”) to manufacture and distribute to plaintiff’s customers a solid-form inert binder containing dispersions of active chemicals used in the production of…
