This appeal by the ancillary administrator c. t. a. of the Estate of John Wanamaker, Jr., challenges the validity of parts of the will of his father, Rodman Wanamaker, on the ground that they violate the rule against perpetuities, in establishing a trust of the capital stock of the corporation, John Wanamaker Philadelphia. The amount involved is large. Eodman Wanamaker was the owner of all of the capital stock of John Wanamaker Philadelphia and in the decree of distribution before us it was awarded to the trustees at a valuation of $36,091,321.
