Appellant Dennis Lee Allen was convicted of two counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact. See Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 21.11(a)(l)(West 2011). The offenses were enhanced to first degree felonies, and the trial court sentenced Allen to ten years’ confinement on each count to be served concurrently. On appeal, Allen contends the trial court abused its discretion in admitting into evidence an audio recording of his telephone call with one of the victims and a video recording of his interview by a police detective.
