1Opinion of the Court

RYAN, Circuit Judge.

Defendant Kevin Ray Dellinger appeals from the sentence of thirty-three months’ imprisonment he received after pleading guilty to one count of bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2113(a) & 2. Del-linger asks this court to decide whether the district court abused its discretion in failing to grant the government’s motion for a downward departure in Dellinger’s sen tence, based on the substantial assistance he provided to authorities.

Concluding that Dellinger has failed to present an appealable issue, we shall affirm.
