DAWKINS, District Judge.

In setting up its capital and financial structure originally, the debtor issued 60,-000 shares of no par value common stock, $5,000,000 of bonds, secured by first mortgage upon its property, and $2,000,000 of debentures to be paid out of the net revenues after providing for interest and ft sinking fund to take care of the bonds.

During the early history of the present proceeding, there were three committees formed for the representation of the security holders:
