The Pierce County Superior Court reinstated an administrative ruling that the Lige & William B. Dickson Company (hereinafter called Dickson) was using certain property as a storage yard for equipment and materials; that that use was a lawful nonconforming use; and that it *616therefore did not violate the Pierce County zoning code. Neighbor Daniel H. Haire1 appeals; we affirm.
