The' plaintiffs in error, who hereafter will be referred to as plaintiffs, commenced this suit in the court below, against the defendant in error, which hereafter will be referred to as defendant, to enjoin it from constructing its street railway lines along and upon certain streets of the city of Oklahoma City. The plaintiffs alleged, in substance: That they are the owners of residence property abutting on Robinson and other streets of said city, owning their lots and the streets in front of them in fee simple, subject to the right of the public in the streets.
