Following a juiy trial, Stephen Mark Hall was convicted of kidnapping with bodily injury, kidnapping, terroristic threats, cruelty to children, cruelty to children in the third degree, five counts of battery, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Hall argues on appeal that the evidence of asportation was insufficient to support his kidnapping convictions, and further that the trial court erroneously denied his request to charge the jury on the lesser-included offense of false imprisonment.
