Appellant Damian Darnell Henderson was convicted on two counts of felony murder, four counts of armed robbery and kidnapping, and one count of aggravated assault in connection with the shooting death of Steven Bass and the armed robberies of Kenyata Bluford, Rashun Lucas, Anthony Calhoun and Treman Spencer. The trial court denied Henderson’s motion for new trial 1 and he appeals.
