Carlos Harrison, the appellant, claims the trial court improperly revoked his probation on the basis of evidence that should have been excluded. On appeal, he asks this court to disapprove of People v. Hayko (1970) 7 Cal.App.3d 604 [86 Cal.Rptr. 726], which held that the exclusionary rule does not usually apply in probation revocation hearings.
