Action to recover on a life insurance policy, brought by *147the beneficiary. Judgment for plaintiff. Defendant appeals.

On November 1, 1918, Niele Muhlbach, a young man not quite 21 years of age, made application to defendant company for a life insurance policy upon his life in the sum of $2,000, requesting therein that his father, the plaintiff, be named as beneficiary. The policy was issued November 19, 1918, and a few days later delivered to the insured.
