— George Roberts died on tbe thirteenth day of December, 1925, as the result of injuries received in the course of his employment while working for the Salt River Yalley Water Users’ Association. The employer was insured against liability under the ^Workmen’s Compensation Act of Arizona (Laws 1925, chapter 83), which we will refer to hereafter as the act, by the Federal Mutual Liability Insurance Company, hereinafter called petitioner.
