Weigold v. Bates

This is an action in trespass in which plaintiffs also seek a permanent injunction restraining defendants from further entry upon their lands. The action, in so far as it relates to the defendant Stanley, was disposed of on the trial.

Prior to April 26, 1927, William It. Bates, who died on November 11, 1929, was the owner of a tract of land in the town of Johnsburgh, Warren county.
