This is the second appeal in this case. The first resulted in a reversal of the judgment upon the ground that the contract in suit did not contravene the public policy of this state and was, therefore, enforceable in this jurisdiction. (Nevcal Enterprises, Inc. v. Cal-Neva Lodge, Inc., 194 Cal.App.2d 177 [14 Cal.Rptr. 805].)
