Rainford T. Thompson appeals from Chief Judge Telesca’s denial of a pre-trial motion to suppress certain statements made to the Immigration and Naturalization Service (“INS”), which provided the factual basis for an information charging a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 911, 821 F.Supp. 110. Pursuant to a plea agreement that preserved his right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress, Thompson pleaded guilty to the information.
