The original bill in this cause was filed on the 8th of February, 1896. It is based upon a judgment recovered by the complainant, Iauch, against Mrs. Pauline de Socarras on the 6th of February (two days before the filing of the bill), in the supreme court of this state, and an execution issued forthwith thereon, levied by the sheriff of Monmouth county upon certain lands described in the bill. It sets forth that Mrs. de Socarras was seized of the premises in her own right prior to the recovery of the judgmant, and after incurring the indebtedness which was its foundation, and…
