WOLFE, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment of dismissal after entry of an order sustaining the demurrer to the complaint. Plaintiffs Nunnelly and Taylor previously dismissed without prejudice and filed separate complaints, so they are not directly interested in this appeal. Numerous grounds of demurrer were interposed by the defendants. While the lower court overruled the demurrer as to the ground urged that the complaint does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action, it sustained the demurrer on various grounds of misjoinder, uncertainty and multi fariousness.…
