The plaintiff was injured while climbing over one of defendant’s railroad trains at La Cygne, Kansas, and seeks to recover $5,000 from defendant as compensation for the injury suffered. The train was standing at the depot, and across the principal street of La Cygne, along which the plaintiff, a woman about sixty years of age, and her husband were passing.
