This was an action by D. C. Lindley against the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Pé Railroad Company for injuries received while traveling on a stock train, and resulted in a verdict against the company for $9,650. McCambridge was the conductor of the train, Allen was the engineer, and Guy the head brakeman. Lindley was a live-stock dealer, fifty years of age, residing in Albion, Harper county, in this state.
