Southeast Anesthesiology Consultants, P.A. (“SAC”), American Anesthesiology of the Southeast, PLLC (“AAS”), Mednax Services, Inc. (“MSI”), Mednax, Inc. (“MDX”), Dr. Richard Gilbert, Dr. Michael Gillette, Dr. Joshua Miller, and Dr. Richard Yevak (collectively “defendants”)1 appeal from the trial court’s 1 June 2011 order denying defend*584ants’ motion to stay the litigation and compel arbitration.
