Electing trial before a military judge, the accused pleaded guilty to a charge of assault with intent to commit murder, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 *248USC § 934. On review, the United States Army Court of Military Review affirmed only findings of guilty of assault with intent to commit voluntary manslaughter and reduced the sentence to include a dishonorable discharge and confinement for eighteen months.
