Appellant Andre McCoy brought a healthcare liability claim on his incapacitated wife Shannon’s behalf against Dr. Debra Gunn, Obstetrical and Gynecological Associates, P.A., and Obstetrical and Gynecological Associates, P.L.L.C., The jury found in McCoy’s favor, and the trial court issued its judgment.
