These appeals arise from orders granting the motions of appellee, First Maryland Savings and Loan, Inc. (“FMSL”), for summary judgment and directing appellants Leonard Cusimano and David E. Wilson, as personal guarantors, to pay a deficiency judgment in an action upon a promissory note, following foreclosure on certain property located at 5524 8th Street, N.W., in Washington, D.C.
