Introduction
Plaintiff, Maciej Murakowski (“Mura-kowski”), who instituted his civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against the University of Delaware (“University”) on August 1, 2007, challenges the University’s right to discipline him for posting allegedly threatening comments on a website maintained on the University’s server.
