INTRODUCTION

The Court must determine whether to grant the relief requested by the plaintiff. On November 11, 2006, the Ho-Chunk Nation General Council (hereinafter General Council) enacted General Council Resolution 1.1-11-06A, providing for the removal of the plaintiff from his office of Ho-Chunk Nation President. The plaintiff seeks a Preliminary Injunction to enjoin the defendants from further acting upon the resolution.
