By this appeal James M. Slattery, Andrew Olson, Charles E. Byrne, James D. Marnane and Harry A. Barr, the members of the Illinois Commerce Commission, and Otto Kerner, Attorney General of the State of Illinois, seek to reverse an order or decree of the circuit court of Cook county temporarily enjoining* and restraining* them from enforcing or attempting to enforce the present rates and charges for gas sold by plaintiff to the general public in Chicago, and from attempting to enforce any penalties against plaintiff for failure to charge the present rates.…
