This is a workmen’s compensation case. After a hearing before one judge of the compensation court and dismissal of *609plaintiff’s claim, rehearing before the full court was waived and appeal taken by plaintiff to the district court. That court granted plaintiff an award and defendant appealed to this court, assigning as error that the award is not supported by the evidence and applicable law.
