BROWN (G. A.), J.

County of Fresno employees are covered by the provisions of the 1937 County Employees Retirement Law (Gov. Code, § 31450 et seq.), including, as of January 1, 1970, safety membership by certain persons employed by the sheriff’s office. Set forth in the margin are three sections of the Government Code germane to the determination of persons who fall in the category of safety members.
