Creditor Debbie Rieke, formerly known as Debbie Sharp (Rieke), filed a motion to reopen this Chapter 11 bankruptcy case, and a • motion to compel the disbursing agent to pay her unsecured claim, or alternatively to allow her to file a proof of claim out of time.
