This matter is before the Court on a Motion for Reconsideration brought by Ziebell Water Service Products, Inc. 1 In this motion, Ziebell requests the Court to reconsider its order denying Ziebell’s motion for Leave to File Proof of Claim Instanter filed several weeks after the date set by the Court by which claims had to be filed.
