MEMORANDUM OPINION ON DEBTOR’S AMENDED PLAN

The Court held hearings on confirmation of the Debtor’s Amended Plan on January 21, 1993, and January 28, 1993. Pursuant to the record established, the briefs of the parties, the arguments of counsel, and the Court’s own independent research, this Memorandum Opinion is being entered as Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law under Bankruptcy Rules 7052 and 9014.
