In this indemnity action, plaintiff Oakland County Board of County Road Commissioners appeals as of right from a circuit court order granting summary disposition for defendant Michigan Property & Casualty Guaranty Association pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(8) and (10).* 1 We affirm.
