These applications for leave to appeal present several questions with regard to the interpretation of the Property and Casualty Guaranty Association Act. 1969 PA 277, MCLA 500.7901 et seq.; MSA 24.17901 et seq. The principal issue is whether claims by law firms for legal services rendered to insolvent insurance companies before insolvency are "covered claims” as defined in the act.
