Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Relihan, Jr., J.) ordering, inter alia, equitable distribution of the parties’ marital property, entered December 29, 1999 in Tioga County, upon a decision of the court.
The parties were married in 1971 and separated in 1996. They have no children. Plaintiff commenced this action for a divorce in 1998 and the parties stipulated to the entry of a judgment of divorce in favor of plaintiff and an essentially equal division of their real property, tangible personal property, bank accounts and investments.
