MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Harry B. Bundy, Jr., who is African-American, worked for Defendant *1057U.S. Bank National Association (“U.S. Bank”) from 2006 to 2009. He alleges in this action that U.S. Bank terminated his employment on account of his race and age, in violation of federal, state, and local law. Presently before the Court is U.S. Bank’s Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons that follow, its Motion will be granted.
