OPINION

WREN, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the defendant in a personal injury action and the denial of motion for a new trial and judgment N.O.V.

Briefly, the facts are as follows. Plaintiff (appellant) Moran Menendez was injured in a single car accident while riding as a passenger in an automobile driven by the defendant (appellee) Nancy Bartlett.
