-This is an appeal from an order modifying the provisions of a judgment of divorce with respect to the matter of support for the plaintiff and for the minor child of the parties.
On January 10, 1957, an interlocutory judgment of divorce was entered. Therein the defendant was ordered to pay to the plaintiff the sum of $25 per week “as and for alimony” and the sum of $40 per week for the support of the child of the parties “until further order of the Court.” The custody of the child was awarded to the mother.
