OPINION
HANSEN, Presiding Judge:
Petitioner, James Ruzika (“Claimant”), seeks review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Court denying his claim for permanent partial disability because it was barred by the statute of limitations in 85 O.S.1995 Supp. § 43. Claimant was injured on March 26, 1987 and filed his claim for compensation on March 21, 1988. He filed “Form 9s,” motions to set the matter for trial, on September 28, 1988, October 19, 1988 and January 9, 1989.
