The question in the case is whether certain voluntary transfers of property made by Isaac B. Hyman and Montague E. Hyman to their respective wives, Florence H. Hyman and Florence S. Hyman, are fraudulent and void as against Benjamin Klinger, the trustee in bankruptcy of Isaac B. and Montague E. Hy*259man. The court below found the transfers fraudulent, and ordered them canceled, annulled, and set aside.
