This was an action upon a promissory note and to foreclose- a mortgage given to secure the same, commenced by the defendant in error F. K. Bobinson, against the defendants in error J. William Taylor -and Belle Taylor, who were the mortgagors, and the plaintiff in error S. T. Yoder, a second mortgagee. Service -of summons was had upon the Taylors, judgment was rendered against them by default for the amount due upon their note, and -a decree w-as entered foreclosing their interest in the mortgaged premises under which a sale of said premises was had; the plaintiff Eobinson becom ing the…
