This is a suit by Savannah Moody to recover compensation under the Workmen’s Compensation Law, Code, Section 6851 et seq., for herself and two dependent children, arising from the accidental death of her husband. The *668petition alleged that she was lawfully married to Earl Moody, deceased, and was his lawful wife at the time of his death, which arose out of and in the course of his employment, and that the children named in said petition were also dependents and entitled to receive compensation.
