Appellant, J. S. Odie, instituted this suit against appellees S. C. Barnes, the Farmers’ Guaranty State Bank of Meridian, herein called Meridian Bank, the First National Bank of Fort Worth, herein called Port Worth Bank, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, herein called the Reserve Bank, to recover the sum of $345.
