(after stating the facts). — On plaintiff’s appeal, it is argued that both the court and the referee erred in the conclusion that any portion of the property here involved became-that of defendants’ because of the new lease. It is said that all of it was installed in the building by the Milius Company under an agreement with defendants through their agent, Mr. Julius Steidemann, to the effect that it should continue to belong to the tenant and might be removed on the expiration of the lease.
